Be free to adopt any of the techniques given below, but remember do one at a time.Don't indulge urself in all the exercises.
If possible go one by one or initially go with the one u think is easy...
Here are given the best exercises which has proved its effectiveness not only to me but to thousands who have practiced them.
WARM-UP technique :
Most of the exercises for other parts of our body demands a warm up, same as the other parts penis also requires a warm up before u go to do the exercises for its effectiveness.
it also helps u prevent injuries.
Procedure :
The warm-up for penile exercises requires a cloth soaked in warm water and den wrapped arnd the penis and testicles.
keep it for 1 and 1/2 min and again soak it in the warm water and repeat the process for 3 times.
the main objective of this is to make your penis loose and ready for the exercise.

EXERCISE 1:
The perfect stretch :
The most important point is that, this exercise should be done on a flaccid penis and never on an erect penis.
Stretching the penis with your hand produces the same results as penis weight systems.
It is said it is the easiest of all the exercises and the most effective.
Procedure :
1.It is essential to warm-up using the warm treatment.
2.After warm-up, hold the base skin of the penis and come to the head while stretching the skin.
3.now pull out the penis outwards without exerting much stress and pain. Stretch it till the point you
donot feel pain and slowly stretch it more and hold for 10-15sec.
4.den pull it upwards near the abdomen and stretch it for same 10-15sec and do same sideways too...
5.be careful dat u donot grip the head very tight as it may cut the ciirculation n may cause injury.
6.to avoid cut of circulation, while holding the head of the penis, circulate the penis 10 times in both clock-wise and anti clock-wise direction.
7.If u have a foreskin hold it back of the head and stretch the penis.
8.Repeat this for 4-5 times.
  Perform this exercise everyday for fast result.


Advantage: 2-3 inches are added to your penis within 8weeks.
Note:- Should not be done on an erect penis at any condition.


EXERCISE 2:
Jelqing:
Jelqing is also called as "milking". It was introduced by the arabs hundred of years ago.
This is a technique which is very effective in adding both girth and lenght to the penis within a very short time.
It is usually performed on a semi-erect penis.
Jelqing initially shows a very rapid increase in lenght in the flaccid penis but couldnot be observed much in the erect state, but shows its effectiveness within 2 months.
It is a very essential requirement to prepare the penis before you perform the exercise. It is made ready by the warm-cloth wrap for 5-10 minutes.
Followed by lubricating the penis from the base to the head.
Procedure:
1.Warm-up should be done for atleast 5 minutes.
2.After warm-up bring the penis to semi-erect condition and apply lubrication to make the penis slippery.
  For lubrication either baby oil or vaseline intensive care can be used.
3.After lubricating the penis, hold the base of the penis using your thumb and index finger making an "OK" symbol.
4.hold the circulation and then move towards the head of the penis with a firm grip.
5.Then hold the base of the penis using your another hand before you leave the first hand, but donot hold it very tightly.
6.Again slide your hand from the base to the head without loosing the grip till the head of the penis comes.
7.Repeat this process for 150 times initially and gradually increase it to 300 strokes after 2 weeks.
8.Remember every stroke should take atleast 1sec i.e. bringing the the grip from the base of the penis to the head or tip.
9.You should not perform this exercise on erect state of the penis.
  The basic principle behind this exercise is expanding the soft tissues of the penis for greater flow of blood into the penis and hence making it bigger.
